Very fast and intuitive with minor improvements needed but HSBc is not a start-up so will never do it

No longer compatible with my device android version, and now I need to buy a new phone to manage my money!!! Otherwise I should ask for a physical secure key which will lead to closing my global money account!!!

I would like share my 18 months plus with HSBC. Initially it took nearly2 months to open the account, For some reason my initial deposit €100 was without asking changed into Sterling, I had traded the euro at 1.20 and had reason of exchanging at then rates. You relieved me of £50 for not having a balance? My funds spent 6 months in your high interest account. I was told the funds couldn't continue in that expired fund, so I transferred to another bank leaving £2500 balance you then took £50 👍

€30.5 taken for each incoming transfer (with not even fee displayed on transaction) Then denied it was them, actually it is, more previously their "correspondent bank". Plus all the bad stories (cf Trustpilot) about frozen accounts and retained sums. This is more than enough for me to stop using and closing account
