My first pair had problems connecting, but Customer Support I believe has been improved. I got replacements which work well, and my guess is they are on the right track. These are a bargain compared to the expensive ones, and again customer support has been very good to me.

A pretty simple app to use, easy to set up aids with both an inbuilt hearing test and the ability to enter test results from. An audiologist. Would be good to be able to change the microphone settings, I.e. mute the rear facing mic to. Block out noise behind you to focus more on what is in front of you, like a conversation in a loud space.

Excellent amplification. Great adjustable equalizer. Very good special sound filters. My only complaint is it takes too long to reconnect. It is frustrating because it takes about 2 minutes to reconnect to the app therefore responding quickly to environmental dynamic situations is not possible. Overall I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

Not working properly. One hearing aid fails to connect even though app says connected when I go to use it. Uninstalled app then reloaded, all was fine to start with, then happens again one hearing aid does not connect even though app says connected. So frustrating.

Has failed to connect with the company app or connect when pairing. Have not been able to use these hearing aids
