The App is great, but you cannot transfer funds to a new account directly. You must first visit internet banking on your laptop and add a payee before using the App to transfer funds to them.

I am a customer of HSBC Qatar, and I would like to provide some feedback regarding your mobile application. While I appreciate the convenience of being able to view my account balance, I have noticed that the app lacks several essential functionalities. Key features such as fund transfers, bill payments, government payments, school fee payments, and electricity bill payments are not available.

Banking experience in HSBC Qatar is so hassle and inconvenient. Following problems I have encountered with this bank: 1. Can't connect to Apple Pay, Google Pay and whatnot. 2. Annoying voice verification in phone. I got sick and cannot do anything online because apparently my voice can't be recognized so I need to go to the bank physically. 3. Things take too long to be processed 4. Banking is only till 12pm for most branch.

If you make a mistake while paying someone with mobile app, you make a call to recall the amount. They charge 70 riyals to recall the amount. I sent 35 riyals to a wrong number. When I called to recall the transfer they wanted to charge 70. It's just ridiculous. A recall is a basic service.

Application not developed... the is no option in the but to transfer money from basic account to credit cards. It's just for consulting balance only.
