It's too bad, I didn't read the reviews before doing a money transfer using this iPay app. I sent money to a wallet but the recipient still didn't receive the money, useless to contact the customer service I called and waited for 10 minutes no answer

This application very bad for international transfer such a frustrated 30/06/2026 I was sending money to my country for my family maintenance at 03:14pm. I have selected in the application TRANSACT option. In that option it was showing within 24 hours transfer. But my transaction still not credit and showing in progress this application very much disappointed me. I called to helpline but agents they didn’t receive I have emailed to IPay I had chated help center they answered probably today
