The app is telling me to turn off developer mode, I use this app for payment management. I would rather not be told how to use my own device by an application

First bad experience about the delivery man, he told me that I need to receive my atm card by myself I sended him my work live location address but still didn't deliver, next when I received my card I want to activate it, it says invalid card number, invalid date of expiry which is I wrote it correctly, now they locked my card. I opened acct to this wallet because they told me its easier than other apps which is wrong, its very hustle from card delivery to card activation.
