App prompted for it to be updated to be used. I clicked to update, but it just kept saying waiting for download. I restarted my mobile and tried again but same issue. No issue with data for update. I need to pay for my coffee! Good thing it is my regular shop and allowed me to pay later. 6 Sept 2019. Issue resolved on its own. Thank you for following up.

Liquid pay is replying to the negative Google reviews but isn't doing anything to the people's account. My email was sent on 30 April and until now I haven't gotten any response. My account was frozen, like most people here, on 25th April 2025. I am sure their company is insolvent, hence they need to freeze our account for the money. An SCAM BY A MAS-LICENSED COMPANY? I WILL BE MAKING A REPORT TO MAS.

Liquid group is really an SCAM company. They no more money in their own accounts. They locked my account on 25th April 2025. I sent them email on 27th April 2025. They asked for information and responded on 29 Apr 2025. Today is 6th June 2025. I am still unable to log in my account, NO RESPONSES and NO REFUNDS either. Are they actually regulated by MAS? ONLY USE THIS APP IF YOU WANT YOUR MONEY TO BE FROZEN AND SCAMMED BY THE COMPANY.

I apply this Liquid pay a month ago. But I started using it just few days ago. So after receiving my salary to my Liquid pay account by pay now. I try using it. First day of using it, I transfer $200. Then I tried to transfer again but it pomp out exceed limit. So I guess the limit is just $200 for pay now transactions. I try and look for increasing limit in the Liquid pay apps, but don't have. The next day I transfer $100 then I try to transfer some more cannot. Today I cannot log in. They blocked.
