Instarem mixes Japanese and English when displaying the recipient bank name for transfers from a Japanese bank account to their Japanese account. However, Japanese banks require the recipient account name strictly in Katakana for domestic transfers. Instarem’s help center couldn’t provide the correct Katakana recipient name, so I’m switching back to Wise.

You can't delete recipients if you want to clean up inactive recipients to avoid confusion. I would like to give minus 100 stars, but there is no option

Promo code advertised but didn't state have to input during referral. Contacted support said It's too late. Decided not to use and was offered to make the QUALIFYING purchase and check back if they could check with back end team if they could make an exception. What a joke. Why can't it be offered at first? Why must I make a QUALIFYING purchase to ask if I could get it?. Decided to just ask them to close my account instead. If this is the kind of support on such minor matter im afraid if real issue

What a disgusting and insidious nerf from 1 IP to 0.5 IP per 1 dollar. Oh please do not think that we didn't notice that the fx spread through amaze linked credit card has increased again to 2.75 % - 3 %. So much for 'best travel card experience'. Worse, I key in a wrong password once, and it becomes 'multiple attempts + locked account'. Seriously your team really needs to buck it up.
