4 stars because the new update is not quite good. I already saved recipients for cash pick. Now got two options already. I never noticed that can received mobile wallet from the same recipients, I send money to that recipient and never noticed the update now I cannot longer take the money back. Please bring back the old updates for this.

I did a payment 2 Dec 2025 its system glitch it says error, but it deducted the amount $113.74 I contacted dash, only ask me to wait 16 days, then 7 days then another 7 days and then 3 days still no progress for refund. Today is 19 January 2026 already. And you still don't refund me. 😒 UPDATE 23 January I got my refund of $113.74. Thank you 🙏

Useless app Not able to do a remittance transfer to my Touch n Go wallet, keeps saying I have exceeded the monthly remittance limit for the calendar month (Error Code: 11104074). Now my money is such inside the Dash App, and I am having issue with transferring the money back to my back account as well. Checked with the CSO, and they tell me I cannot remit money to the same mobile number that is being used to register with Dash.

This app takes money and never send. Few times already. . Whatsapp help nobody knows what I am talking as they don't follow up. No incident number. Glad now many apps do 10 times better than dash.

I keep requesting your assistance regarding a transaction I made on March 4. Sing tel Dash remit to BDO bank account. I transferred money to Dash Sing tel to remit funds to my bank account. However, I recently discovered that the money has not been received to my BDO account. I contacted Dash customer service, several times but my money is not refunded. My $1500 is gone and not refund yet until now.... Worst experience... Update: refunded march24
