I had used this application 4 years ago and recently I have sent money to India SG $450. Beneficiary complained the money haven't received until now. The money was sent on 2nd February 2023. I had forwarded this matter to remit management many times but until now there is no solution. My money was gone. I used this remit service 2 to 3 times in a month but now I don't trust to use this application.

Error: "Value cannot be null. Parameter name: protected Data." I have been using this app regularly. Now I cannot log in at all. This seems like a null value programming bug. Please fix this bug or roll back the version.

Terrible. Slow remittance, even slower refund, when the remittance does not work e remit doesn't bother to inform you, and needs us to chase them for our refund. Then e remit will make up excuses to delay the refund. Scam remittance. Monetary Authority of Singapore should clamp down on this shady business.

I have been using this app the longest time, since the early days they started in SG. Please note that it is not easy to get your refund and in random times, they may decide to withheld your money until you provide all the supporting such as proof of funds or if the transaction fails to go through. Additionally, the fx rate is not super fantastic and speed of completing the transaction is longer compare to other providers. Utmost disappointment from a long tenure client.
