Too bad services late transaction sometime my transaction expired if I send text messages to service no reply at all send email been rejected, better change via cimb too much easier, No nit to check the transaction in pending or expired

Terrible. Slow remittance, even slower refund, when the remittance does not work e remit doesn't bother to inform you, and needs us to chase them for our refund. Then e remit will make up excuses to delay the refund. Scam remittance. Monetary Authority of Singapore should clamp down on this shady business.

I had used this application 4 years ago and recently I have sent money to India SG $450. Beneficiary complained the money haven't received until now. The money was sent on 2nd February 2023. I had forwarded this matter to remit management many times but until now there is no solution. My money was gone. I used this remit service 2 to 3 times in a month but now I don't trust to use this application.
