I would give it a 0 star if I could. Terrible interface and customer service. I wanted to withdraw my balance back into my bank account, and I was unverified. Contacted customer service back in February 2026, and they did not bother giving me a proper reasoning as to why my verification was suspended. It's May 2026 and this has yet to be resolved. You are better off using other ways to transfer money. Horrendous app.

The rate pretty higher than W**e, that's why, although they have flat fees W** still the cheapest, especially if you want to send big amount.

Money not arriving for remittance to Japan and still stucked. When asking the customer service "it depends on our partner". WHO THE HELL IS YOUR PARTNER ? I AM TRANSFERRING MY MONEY TO TRANSFER, GIVE MY MONEY BACK !
