Good app, does what it promises and does so on time. Only issue is slightly buggy experience despite being on the latest Android processor and also another concern is that previous country and currency choices are never saved and thus have always gotta be repeated which is needlessly time-consuming.

Money not arriving for remittance to Japan and still stucked. When asking the customer service "it depends on our partner". WHO THE HELL IS YOUR PARTNER ? I AM TRANSFERRING MY MONEY TO TRANSFER, GIVE MY MONEY BACK !

The service quality is very poor. The transaction was processed and my card was debited, but the funds were never sent to the recipient. I requested a cancellation, and I was informed that the refund would take 14 working days to be returned to my card. This was only a trial, but the experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. And feels like fraud app! Use other app instead!
