I sent money on 24 July, but it did not reach my bank account until 3 August. A 10-day delay is unacceptable. Money kept blaming my bank, but my bank confirmed there was no issue and said the problem was on the sender's side. Every time I called, I was transferred to a different representative and had to explain everything again. They kept giving new deadlines without any clear explanation. This was my worst remittance experience. I will never use Money again.
