Worst rate ever seen, they charge 13 euro to send 500 euro overseas, 23 euro for 1000 euro, their rate is the worst one between all the e-wallets, I will not recommend it for travelers or people who want to send overseas.

Why is your chatbot is limited there are no options of typing anywhere. Well, I tried to log in, and I forgot the password, so I went to forget the password option, and when I entered my user, I'd it say contact to the service center. Again, I think that my ID has not been registered, but when I try to register, it says the username already used.

The application take money for every transaction receive money or send money you need to pay even if it's a local transaction. And the bad things if you send money back to your country they took money but not enough even the rate of exchange is low, and they took a lot from the money transferred. I switched to toss virtual bank, and it doesn't charge anything for local if sending or receive money for that move I feel more comfortable to not give money away for free.
