I used Han pass because they are the best remittance ever with high value plus plus plus. But these days after the IPO, no coupon released like usual. Their response is late and, yeah.

Horrible experience using this app. I've reserved a bus ticket twice now and both times when I went to the terminal I couldn't find the ticket, so I had to buy a new ticket. If you're an ex-pat in Korea there are better options.

I installed this app to reserve bus tickets. I have never successfully reserved the tickets, but I have been frustrated by their pop-ups (which can't be permanently disabled), bus station search (which doesn't match Naver), and custom on screen keyboard (which prevents pasting my password). When I do finally find the stations I'm looking for, it says that there is no route (there is). There is no way to do this via web browser. I wish I could search by bus routes and stop numbers.
