As soon as this was relayed to me by my recipient, almost magically, Wire barley emailed me notifying me of the reversal, and that funds would be credited to my bank account. Avoid this app at all cost. Very slow remittance and the process is so complicated, overall is extra stress for you. Customers service (South Korea) is awful, they never take their phone. I had the worst experience in using this app compared to any other remittance app.

I have been using this app from 2019. Initially it was good in terms of exchange rate and very quick in transaction. But these days, Wire Barley is worst for transaction time! For One transaction it takes so much time. For me, they took 1 week for the last transaction. During the introduction period of the app they compared with Bank and said they are better than the banks. But nowadays, banks transfer the money faster than Wire Barley! Please don't use this app for your quick money transfer needs.

My transactions have been stuck for a week. It was supposed to be completed in 1 day. WB has 17,100,000 of my money deposted without any progress. I have requested a refund but there hasn't been any response. Very disappointed.
