I recently did a transfer with Wire barley which unfortunately my recipient was unable to receive. As soon as this was relayed to me by my recipient, almost magically, Wire barley emailed me notifying me of the reversal, and that funds would be credited to my bank account. Literally 3 minutes later, I received the cash. I appreciate such responsiveness and this only gives me more confidence to further use Wire barley. Cheers!

Kept the $10 fee, took ten days to finally refund transfer, no joy with same data that works with Western Union in five minutes. WU limits number of transactions, so I needed a backup....this isn't it

This is the slowest of them all. Transaction is the slowest among all other remittance apps I have used, then I contacted customer service, they responded a day after, and since the money is not yet transmitted, I requested to just cancel, and so I can use other apps. Lo and behold cancellation is painful. They ask you for funding using interact transfer, but they will require you bank details and void check for cancellation, and it will take 3 business days to get you money back. Absolute Worst!

I have been using this app from 2019. Initially it was good in terms of exchange rate and very quick in transaction. But these days, Wire Barley is worst for transaction time! For One transaction it takes so much time. For me, they took 1 week for the last transaction. During the introduction period of the app they compared with Bank and said they are better than the banks. But nowadays, banks transfer the money faster than Wire Barley! Please don't use this app for your quick money transfer needs.
