Apart from a few instances in the past where there had been delays at the receiving bank, and I had to check with the Tetrad team, the service is excellent. I keep the remaining star because I prefer the WSL logo to the current one. Also, because I have to enter more information now to verify a new recipient. Just the bank name and the account number was perfect for me, and the app brings up the name for verification. If the name does not match what I have, I call the recipient to clarify.

They are thieves. You start a transaction and as soon as you send the money to the receiving account they cancel the transaction on the app. You do not receive the funds or a refund. They do not respond to any kind of messages. The phone numbers and email listed doesn't work. They ignore your WhatsApp messages or calls. No feedback or communication from the support team. They are thieves. Beware and do not perform any transaction with them. They are CRIMINALS and FRAUDSTERS. Refund my MONEY.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. Tetrad used to be a great company but has worsened a lot. This is the second time they have had a "network glitch" and even worse, do not communicate back through their customer service chat, Facebook, WhatsApp, and the ticket raised in the app. Is this how you still people's funds??? Just refund my monies!!!!!! What a sham of a company, SCAM even! Tetrad should not be in business!!!!!!
