Really helpful staff/customer service. Sent money from PH to UK bank, it took some hours, but customer service was responsive, so far this is the only method I found that has lesser fees compared to other remittance. Used to transfer through PayPal but the fees were so high. Thank you, BC Remit! More power and keep up the great service! 🙏🏻

Was great but sometimes my beneficiary on cash pickup had to wait 2 days to pick it up to be told the number does not exist and after getting in touch was told it was there and after going to collect was yet again that it did not exist not happy it has taken several phone calls and text messages to find what happened one says it there and when gone to collect it to be told it does not exist it took 3 days to get it not great as money was needed the day I sent it

The AP works, costumer service good, but money never arrived to the destination. I've got my money back but my 1-star comment here despaired. Might be that's why it has only good comments and high stars. Find other way to send money to your loved one. Western Union a bit more expecive but it arrives for sure
