I have sent emails It's even annoying that your customer care on the chat line no longer responds your costumer care responded to my email after what looks like forever only to tell me I would receive a response in few hours and it's been 3 days and no response no refund I am beginig to think this is a fraudulent app they gain your and then when you make higher transactions your money hangs with no hope of getting it back.

When it asked which country issued my ID, why isn't USA (in any form e.g. America, USA, United States of America) an option? When I verified my phone number it did have United States of America as an option (country code +1) & I verified it. So when it asked which country issued my ID, why isn't USA an option? They also don't have USD available either, which is really annoying. I have to uninstall it bc I can't use it.

This app is good but pray never to have an issue because if you do, you will be utterly frustrated. I've got a failed transaction for almost 3 days, and I've not been able to reach anyone to resolve the issue 😕

Customer service is horrible. You can never get a hold of them when you need them. You do not get a response to emails directed at their customer service and even when they respond to chats online, it takes forever to get to an agent
