Certain transfers, which take days on other apps, are completed within minutes via Remitly. I also like the newer initiatives like chatgpt integration, and receiver notifications on WhatsApp. The app interface is also clean and hassle-free.

New updates on adding balance to your remitly account, they ask for 1% fee which is absurd and uncommon, it is like depositing money to your account, but they deduct 1% because you deposit using Debit Card for instant deposit. A new bad low and bad service for a banking app. So stupid and will no longer use Remitly. This should be ZERO stars.

Very bad experience and I would never recommend using there service at all even though they charge very low fees. They suspended my account for sending my girlfriend 100USD. You made it clear through email that my account is permanently suspended, why to contact you, your staff was rude to ask me how did I meet my girlfriend and very personal things not related to the suspended account.so I did hang out the phone call on May2026.your service is really reflect your company attitude toward customers

They stabbed me in the back. I was a loyal good customer doing great things for great people through their app... just as I was unexpectedly diagnosed with incurable cancer they stabbed me in the back suspending my account so that I can't enjoy my final days taking care of some very poor people overseas.... God don't like ugly... My advice? I thought they were great at first. Just like a snitch, they turn on you when you least expect or need it. Use a different transfer app...
