I had a very disappointing experience with Remitly. I transferred funds from Canada to my home country, but the money did not arrive even after a week. When I contacted Remitly, their representative told me there was a problem with their system. I asked why I was not informed about the issue, and the response was surprising: I was told it was not their responsibility to notify me and that I had to contact them myself. This is extremely disappointing.
