My initial complaint: After the latest update, my android phone cannot log in. It just stuck at the logo and nothing goes on. Tried many times to reinstall, the outcome is always the same. Immediate follow up from OCBC team: Customer Service was very helpful. Guided me online step by step with patience. The problem remained unsolved. The OCBC team attended to my case in person, and discovered a software issue from Samsung. Managed to debug and resolve the issue. Impressed by their quick response

Every now and then apps is under maintenance. I think will just shut down this business account from OCBC and open up account from another bank

I am writing to escalate an issue I am currently facing with the OCBC Bussing application. Despite not uninstalling the application, I am being prompted to reactivate my entity login when attempting to access my account. I successfully used the same entity login yesterday, but today, the system indicates that the application was uninstalled and requests reactivation. Kindly look into this matter at the earliest and help restore access to my account without requiring unnecessary reactivation steps

After the App that is working fine prompt for update in order to continue to use, the App cannot be installed from Google Play Store. Now stuck as I cannot log in from the web requiring mobile token
