Easy quick and sufficient. Beyond expectations when it comes to quick bill payment.

Twint is a good app. However, one thing I often run into is having to switch back and forth between Twint and the calculator app whenever I need to figure out the exact amount due. It would be great if Twint had a built-in calculator function, so I could do the math directly in the app without leaving it.

Instant payment however it is not widely accepted by shops. Maybe there is resistance to add Twint options by point of sale softwares who will lose their commissions if Twint becomes mode of payment and incorporated by POS softwares the shops are using currently.

I often need to accept payment requests. It is really annoying that I cannot accept several requests at the same time. Or at least, when a request was accepted, it should go back directly to the list of transactions, instead of going back to the home page. I have to click so many buttons to accept a few payments, it is really annoying.

After update: show all transactions does not work. Cant find opened requests. Deactivation of pay later does not work.

Fine when it works but stops working far too often. Previously never any issues with the CS app but since being forced onto UBS it has probably not worked about 6 times when I needed it

Used to be great until I couldn't enter the codes from other pages anymore. Only QR code works which is useless if the code is on my phone... Keyboard is not available for entry... Keeps disappearing.

I changed my phons recently and wanted to use Twint on the new phone. However, this has become impossible. The app lets you enter your phone number, pin code, sends you a one-time code by SMS. You do all that, then it asks you to install another app in order to activate it. I'm sorry, this is NOT acceptable. Why could I use the app standalone on my old phone, but not on my new one?
