A lot has improved since my last review in 2016. I have no complaints anymore. The only thing I'd wish for now is support for offline payments. Some stores offer you free Wi-Fi just for paying with Twint, but of course the real reason is that they can track your movement through the store and collect other data. If you don't want that but still want to pay via mobile phone, Twint currently can't offer it.

I love twint but the prepaid form is less fun to use with those limits... I wish there was a way to get rid of them. In my case the limits do not depend on the bank but on the fact that I am living abroad.

You have time money, need to pay 96 CHF, you add the missing money to be able to pay, you put by mistake 2 CHF less than needed, now you can't pay because you have to wait until the money arrives before you can add more, even when they say that until 200 CHF is covered. I don't know what is worse, then neon bank doesn't have a Twint app or having to use this....

I am Swiss, I work in Switzerland, I have a Swiss bank account to receive my salary, I spend my money in Switzerland, but now Twint has decided that I no longer have the right to use the app. This attitude is disgusting on Twint's part.

1 star because it is not possible to contact support by email or voip. Are you aware that more and more people will not have normal phone anymore and just have data subscription? And second thing impossible to have it on 2 phone, you should know that people have professional and private phones and maybe want also to share their twint with their kids. With new online banks that are not swiss it is possible, only you guys are still so slow to add new essential features in 2024. Really Annoying!

Impossible to register. Identity documents were not accepted after many trials. I switched to the official application of my bank instead which was working + onboarding very easily.
