Worked great after activation but took me a sec to verify and get activated and the immediately put restrictions on it after activation reasoning was they needed ID Verification and other questions...lol, so after I completed that which took 10 mins and even after I finished I had to go back Into the again to try to see why after talking on the phone for verification was the card declining my online transaction I was attempting to complete.problem solved in the end $.20 spent quickly, but it works

What I am about to tell you about Placard/Net Spend as a company is going to confuse you, and you will question every ethical view you have been taught because this company they are thief's. Very simple, I went into 7/11 put 50 dollars on a card plus activation. Tried to activate it with my name, and they blocked my account as fraudulent because I have a 100 balance with an old Net Spend account. They have never called me never a letter nothing. Just stole my 50 dollars shut my new card off. No choice
