SCAM COMPANY DON'T SIGN UP WITH THEM. I JUST OPENED UP MY ACCOUNT WITH THEM YESTERDAY TRIED TO LOG INTO THE APP TODAY RIGHT AWAY MY ACCOUNT IS LOCKED. TG I DID PUT ANY MONEY ON THIS. What I am about to tell you about Placard/Net Spend as a company is going to confuse you, and you will question every ethical view you have been taught because this company they are thief's. Very simple, I went into 7/11 put 50 dollars on a card plus activation. Tried to activate it with my name, and they blocked my account as fraudulent because I have a 100 balance with an old Net Spend account. They have never called me never a letter nothing. Just stole my 50 dollars shut my new card off. No choice

I would love to use the card, but your fees are way too high for my budget, so I do not use it no atm free no nothing is free to use that card so what's the point ill stick to my usual payment method no atm fees or balance inquires and very low international transfer fees .but not play card outrageously high compaired no transaction is without a fee with play card so no, thanks I'll pass.
