We've been around the block testing loads of different systems to run our marketing intelligence business and finally found Accela. It does everything we need; sales, project, tickets, retainers, time tracking. Seriously I could go on. The team love which is a no mean feat. Now everyone knows what's going on. To coin the phrase "single source of true". Can't recommend it highly enough.

I only use the app when I absolutely have to. It takes so longer to load pages. It's faster to get my laptop out, wait for it to start up, sign in, open my browser and login the Accela website. The app would be so useful if every action didn't take an age to load. Please hire someone who knows how to fix performance issues! I beg you!

App Needs Functionality Love AL, but the app is only good for viewing tasks right now. Can't update anything other than existing tasks. No integrated notifications on Android.

Not user-friendly. Filters don't work. I use it only there is no alternative to get to the desktop.
