It does everything we need; sales, project, tickets, retainers, time tracking. Seriously I could go on. The team love which is a no mean feat. Now everyone knows what's going on. I only use the app when I absolutely have to. It takes so longer to load pages. It's faster to get my laptop out, wait for it to start up, sign in, open my browser and login the Accela website. The app would be so useful if every action didn't take an age to load. Please hire someone who knows how to fix performance issues! I beg you!
