Few essential issues out of the many. 1. Performance a. crashes and shut down on many occasions. Even in the middle of a transaction. b. log in does not work often 2. Functionality a. Transaction receipt download does not work. b. Transactions in history list can not be downloaded or forwarded. Frustrating to get proof of payment when not forwarded during Transaction. c. Statement of transactions (history) can not be downloaded. d. non-instant transaction does not verify account number

Hey, why isn't everything on your website normal? I thought they say you are a top performing bank in GH. Who gave you that rating? I spent 2 days trying to open an instant account at your site from diaspora, but I couldn't even find the" open" button. Most tabs on your website aren't even working. It's inconvenient that you don't have a branch in Sunyani of all places, but it's even more inconvenient that you can't make a transaction of any sort unless you walk into the nearest branch for a pin. That means if there's no branch near you, it becomes difficult to use your services which shouldn't be so.
