Few essential issues out of the many. 1. Performance a. crashes and shut down on many occasions. Even in the middle of a transaction. b. log in does not work often 2. Functionality a. Transaction receipt download does not work. b. Transactions in history list can not be downloaded or forwarded. Frustrating to get proof of payment when not forwarded during Transaction. c. Statement of transactions (history) can not be downloaded. d. non-instant transaction does not verify account number

Very poor service, why am I able to transfer money from wallet to bank but can't withdraw from account to wallet. I visited a branch office filled a form and still haven't received any email yet. Almost getting to a month now.

App is horrendously terrible, buggy, and not useful for a true banking experience. Links to email and other contacts within the app don't work. There is zero information about your own account displayed in the app, so you always have to make a call to a local branch to get or confirm basic details. Instructions and information are ambiguous and out of context. Live chat doesn't work. Logging in doesn't work all the time (stuck in a loading loop)
