Access Bank was quite challenging in 2025 but so far 2026 has been better 👍. Hope the service remains consistent. I'm having an issue with Airtel Money blocking transfers to Access Bank. Airtel claims the issue is on Access Banks end, but I suspect otherwise since I can buy Airtel airtime using my Access Bank funds. Please bring this to the attention of your team.

I was working perfectly with it as an Atlasmara app now that it has been switched to Access Bank Zambia it is no longer compatible with my Vivo 1820. Can you please urgently update the app to allow the Vivo 1820? Am frustrated.

Pathetic!!! This is the most pathetic Banking App I've ever used. Registration is a problem, network is also a problem. I don't see anything good about it cause it trips too much. Learn from simple Apps Like Airtel Money. Of course, they're not the same, but at least it's direct and fast with everything. You need a better App developer and strong system. Otherwise I don't like it, and would never recommend it to people who need fast, efficient apps.

I don't know what the hell happened to Access bank Zambia. It's now absolutely useless. I can't make online card payments and transfer from Airtel money to Access. I think it's time I switch banks because this is nonsense. Access bank was once great, but unfortunately it's now garbage including customer service.
