Maybe its good for light use? We have 200 contacts and the app constantly struggles with its basic functions. It disconnects me from my portable wifi device so I cannot use it. If 3 calls come in at once it usually crashes. It allows multiple people to login to the same user profile but then crashes. It has so many bugs or problems.. really it never works properly and we are constantly testing our lines to ensure we're able to receive calls.

Garbage app on PC and even worse on Android, using Skype would have been a better solution.
