If properly configured, it works great. If you are a business have the VoIP mgt people remove and unwanted users like the Conf Room or 'extra desk' from the listing directory. The PC app is also an improvement over others such a Reach UC.

The first time I installed the app it worked great. I uninstalled it because I went on vacation and didn't want to take work calls. When I got back and reinstalled it it just crashes. I've uninstalled three times and rebooted my phone twice. It was a great app when it worked. Samsung s22 ultra

If it worked decently I love the features. Phone calls that get routed to phone are terrible connections. I had to reset my password and I have been on a loading screen for half an hour on my desktop. Which then will not allow my phone to log in.
