Great for staying in touch with the office while on the go.

It messes up my texting my Google and allows crazy spam text to be sent to my personal cell phone. Not secure at all.

Terrible App only works right for iPhone users not Samsung users. Causes glitches with other apps when it's in use like Google or texting and constantly drops the speaker in the middle of a call, and you have hang up and call back which makes you look very unprofessional in your job and frustrating to a client. It also won't stay on the screen choice I make in the drop contacts box, and I need to see what coworkers are on their phone, and it goes bach to "All" every time and then won't go back

Company switched to Tel Ware, and now I am unable to have a clear call with customers. They say I sound like a robot, am I breaking up, or I sound far away. I also use Bluetooth headphones, and it disconnects the call from them at random. Have been dealing with tech support for over 2 weeks, and they say it's an issue they are aware of, but don't have a solution for.
