Please kindly upgrade so that customers can onboard through the app with his current phone number not the phone number on his/her BVN Someone like me already lost the phone number I used in my bvn enrollment long time ago, tried to recover the line but Mtn stressed me out, I left it for another number, I'm always very busy to go to the bank for the old number in the bvn to be changed cos almost all my 4 different bank apps doesn't request for phone number and bvn mismatch like Action monie app

You guys should sack your IT team. Initially, the OTP verification was not working for new sign up. Now, an update in July or so made it working, but it could not verify NIN. Now, with August Update, it can't even go past the first sign-up page. Far smaller MFB are performing better. Shame on you.

You guys should know some people lost the exact number and/Or sim card linked to their bvn. And for that these users shouldn't use ur app, it's quite absurd, and you didn't even add a "don't have access to these options" 🙄
