I don't know why this app have bad review it works well in my phone i really don't have issue I can always make split payment .... the home internet connection is excellent ...I can't complaint. I gave 5 stars period.....when comes to ACS the home internet is unlimited for real not like Funny GCI

My app was working fine and able to pay my bill on time, and since this upgrade I haven't been able to log in with my info. Tried the forget username and password route, didn't work, no response. Also tried calling cs number, nothing but a 20 min hold. Just emailed them and purposively have a representative contact me within 72hrs. It's ridiculous.

pressed "Submit" I got "problem saving your ticket" error message.

Currently, won't even open up just shows blank screen, so I tried the actual website and tells me it's an unsecure site, and I have to click proceed anyway to even see the login page and then dies same thing blank screen

It's broken now. It says its outdated, but there is no update. Won't let me actually pay my bill. When I click pay it just crashes the app. It's as bad as the rest of ACS. Time to switch to GCI
