The Accusing app works well from most aspects. You can easily upload documents and photos. You can also sign contracts with clients, send emails from the client's account, and have it connect to that account, thus leaving a message for later review. The only thing that could be easier to navigate is the Admin side. You CAN do most things, but like a lot of apps, the administrative work is better accomplished from a computer. This is a fairly easy CRM to use and navigate.

Accusing has never worked great, so when I switched to this app I was excited to have an app that worked better than the last one. However, I cannot tag anyone in comments nor can I upload pictures. So here I am using 3 apps instead of one as Accusing cannot get it together. Each time I log into one as they don't all do the same (this one to view orders and sort comments, old field app to tag people, camera app for photos). You're making my job take 3 times as long. ETA response, I did. No help.

Ignored the most needed feature on mobile. Roof sales are more likely to happen on the first visit if you can give the customer an estimate before leaving the property. I was given excuses that real time pricing data is too much for a mobile app, which is why mobile estimates aren't a thing, which is bs. I've used food service supplier apps before that updated 10k+ items each morning on mobile and worked fine. They just need a better developer, especially with the cost of this subscription.

Updated. Bad signal? App is useless! Works well for some things except: 1. Does not allow carriage returned in any field whether it be notes or email or even send you a bloody text message I can't press enter to go to a new line everything just has to be in one jumbled line... ridiculous. 2. Cannot edit estimates on app 3. Sometimes dashboard doesn't load and search is broken, and I have to force kill and clear cache for the app for it to work.
