Great app! I never have to go and ask people the extension number for anyone, anymore. And the great thing is that I can add any numbers if I find it's not on the apps' directory.

This tool is a huge efficiency boost for healthcare professionals (Scribe, messaging, directory are great). However, the patient experience is disjointed—we use non-user-friendly NHS links, not a proper app. To truly cut down on "tons of calls and misunderstanding," a dedicated, secure Accurx Patient App is desperately needed. Please give patients an easy, reliable digital tool to manage admin and appointments. This would maximize digital adoption and patient satisfaction!

As a patient having to provide daily blood pressure readings, what is the point of doing a week's worth of readings, being told that I have completed the readings for the week and then being told by the doctor that they never received my readings and I have to do another 7 days again all through the app

What happened to that original app? The Induction App used to allow healthcare providers to view all essentials' hospital phone hospitals paging/numbers across the UK. What happened?

Not sure what's happened here but what was originally a great peer led app to make hospital contact easier. Has seemed to have been bought out by larger company and is now bogged down by terms and conditions that take ages to read and won't even let me progress through (no continue button after reading them) also a loop where you try to update your email, get sent a code, and because you have left the app to read your email...restart the update email loop. No longer using
