How much bug. Button doesn't work on the app. What the hell you're doing on the sign page. Verification required, I got it. Whatever is needed I can provide OTP, other info. Very bad experience can't even login. I am also an android developer but this app is trash. EDIT: The issue has been resolved now. Thank you Faceable team. I am learning a 24 hrs online driving course. I really enjoyed the course. The subtle punch of humor is well thought and the timing is perfect.

I'll start out with logging in. We made the account, but then it never gave us the student portal's password. I tried multiple times through email to reset it, and all it would do was take me to the login page. My parent paying for it tried to reset the password, which worked. Then, I immediately notice that the entire course is AI generated, which I never saw it say anything at all about that. This is dangerous. AI can't even drive a car correctly, why is it allowed to teach somebody to drive?

I took all the courses and when I got to the final exam portion it wouldn't let me submit it and kept making me restart the test while the timer was still running

Aceable has been easy to use until recently the driving log within the app is not available. All my driving log dates and times are currently lost. It has been reported multiple times and no ETA has been provided on when this will be fixed. I understand there is a PDF I don't need that repeated to me, I need my log available as it had all the information in the app for the past drives we've done. I am going to have to start from scratch and manually do a form if this isn't resolved.

The app itself is fine. The reason for the rating is because of their business practices. First, they try to charge for getting your certificate immediately. That's clearly something they have available and are just delaying it to try to get more money. What really upset me though is that several months after having the app, I noticed a $5 per month charge on my credit card. Turns out it was for roadside assistance. I NEVER would have knowingly signed up for roadside assistance. They slammed it.

It was good at first, but I haven't been able at all to submit my level 3 test for some reason, I keep pressing the submission button, but it keeps resetting my answers and makes me re due it agin and agin this has been going on for 2 days I have submitted about 30 times, and it keeps resetting the questions, im so tired of it doing this, and I really want my learners license
