Old login used to work the new one is junk can't even get into account just white screen. Even tried to uninstall and reinstall app

This app really sucks I keep logging in, and it keeps logging me back onto the same page, As if I never logged in. Please fix the situation. If not I will cancel and re-open my count with another bank. This has been going on for months. Smh!

The app itself is giving me a hard time just to pay my bill. Why can't this app just accept my debit card or my bank account straight and pay it. But no, I have to put my bank account info first, wait for 3 days to verify it, and then I can make a transfer. Why? Why make it so difficult? It's exasperating.
