Very poor experience of acko. Giving funny reasons for not approving claim. Like chassis is broken due to rusting. While it has broken due to accident impact. Firstly, they disapproved claim citing funny reason that claim is lodged withi. One month of policy!! After escalation, the accepted only part claim. The damage due to the accident is liable to be repaired by insurance. Now, escalating the case with IRDA. Don't go by their advertisements. They invent reasons for not accepting claims!!

The worst health insurance policy, my baby kid was joined on the 4th of sep 2026 due to the high fever rainbow hospital banjarahills hyd, the given discharge date was 06 Sep 2026, today 7 sep 2026 till now not yet discharged, wasted my whole day too many call too much follow up finally says really sorry sir, it will take 30 mints to whole day gone. Even they come and done a physical verification also, don't buy Acko, I am a prime customer to acko bike and cars also now I am not gng to renew
