Tried to claim for motorcycle accident insurance, and they are making me regret taking their policy, lengthy, complicated and tedious process. All traits of not paying the insurance claim. Next time I'm avoiding Acko for sure.

Worst experience with the claim process. My car is in the garage for more than 3 weeks. I had to do the intermediator job between the garage and the claim expert for each and every step. Claim process initiated on 18th Jun but the work order got released only on 26th Jun. and the garage has released the invoice to claim expert on 7th July but till now payment is not released yet by the team.

I experienced a highly unsatisfactory service. I had scheduled a car service and was awaiting a call from Acko. However, when no one arrived to pick up my vehicle within the allotted timeframe, I contacted customer service. I was informed of a delay, prompting me to cancel the service. Subsequently, the company refused to refund my payment, despite the issue stemming from their end. I advise caution regarding their services.
