I have nothing to say about this app. Health insurance, vehicle insurance, all of these are settled very quickly. I don't think any other company can do this. A company that can be 100% trusted They value their customers and their service is that good. If you are someone who takes out insurance, 100% reliable.

Absolutely fed up with Acko Insurance! Every time I submit the documents they ask for, they come back asking for more. It feels like they keep finding new excuses instead of processing genuine claims. Their ads promise an easy claim experience but the reality is endless delays and repeated document requests. I honestly don't understand how they have a 4.6 rating. Based on my experience, it doesn't reflect the service I've received at all. Extremely disappointing THINK TWICE BEFORE CHOOSING ACKO

At claim window, there is mandatory KYC button which actually doesn't work! That is mandatory even if KYC status is "Verified" in profile. There is no way to go further. My car is in garage since 3 days now and with no update to service center by Acko team?? Just never buy that insurance policy. There is no human to interact with and everything will be stuck after buying the policy, no service available.
