Vehicle insurance is not accepted in your nearest workshop. Premium is less for the pain you're taking while claiming the insurance. Also - your part of payment will be high when something goes wrong. Would recommend acko vehicle insurance- to people who hardly goes out and wants insurance just to avoid traffic fines. Also - be prepared to hear scripted answers to your queries or autobots replying

Worst insurance experience! ACKO left accident repairs incomplete 6 months ago, ignoring major unresolved issues. Now their Gota Drive Center even ruined my working key fob. They cover up workshop negligence by calling actual accident damages "mechanical/electrical failure" to reject claims. Pure mental harassment. Video proofs ready—filing Consumer Court case. Avoid ACKO! Also avoid their service center. They only know how be in the side lines leaving customer's problem unresolved. No Trust

Don't trust this insurance, when we check the quote and go back they call next second, but when it comes to claim they don't even call in scheduled time worst claim experience

On website there is a button to download the policy. Instead of downloading the policy it asks the user to download the app. This sneakiness is ok for a game company etc. - don't think it works for an insurance company which banks on people's trust. Please don't give excuse of security and ease of access - if banks can allow users to get financial statements and make payments from their website, Acko can manage the security to download policies etc. I hope!
