I always thought Acko's pricing was competitive, but customer service is where a company proves its value. This experience made me realize why many people are willing to pay more for insurers that provide responsive and reliable support. I will definitely think twice before purchasing or renewing any policy with Acko in the future, and I would not recommend it to my friends, family, or colleagues based on my experience. Very poor customer service and an extremely frustrating experience overall.

Don't take this policy. It is fraud company it gives discount on policy. After when we claim. It takes every claims 5000+1000.rs so don't go on this insurance I put claims for 7436.it asks to pay 6000.for 1436 it gives claim.

Third class service not approving major damages in car insurance.wrost experience. My claim not approved .at the policy renewal time they promise big .but at claim they show their reality .very dissatisfied
