I used Acleda Visa Debit Card 2 promotions for purchase gasoline and groceries in April-May 2026 but for April I received Cashback with 2 weeks delay after my inquiry was sent and for the May received only 1 Cashback only after I sent an inquiry. 2nd Cashback not yet received as on 28.06.26. This situation happened already for the 2nd straight month with Acleda Visa card promotions! According to Acleda Visa promo - Cashback must be credited before the 10th date of each month, but it's not! Bad!

Once or twice a month I see an update notice from ACL EDA Bank. We update from the Play Store, but we cannot change our mobile number or add a picture to our profile. We feel that ACL EDA Bank is technologically backward and is not thinking much about the welfare of the public.
