Good app overall, better than other banks in my opinion. Every update it does include more 'nag' messages about needing to update the app, avoiding scams, or other popups. Would be nice to just be able to scan a QR without the extra taps. Also, I appreciate the mobile top up schedule option. That is much needed. But the only repeat times are per week or per month. A lot of plans go for 30 days, which won't line up and will make it more difficult. A repeat option every 'X' days would fix that.

The app is so bad 👎👎 I just want to replace new my ID card on mobile app by my self but when I request it's can't replace new my ID card. I already to try many times but still can't replace the new ID card. And success or not is also not announcement to the clients. Please look at the ABA app is very, very simple and easy to use and very security for clients. Why your team lead mobile app or developer team do not know about the user experience like this. So bad app in the Cambodia.👎👎👎

I continuously do not receive automatically within 3 months in May-June-July 2026 two cashback for using Acleda bank Visa Debit Card promotions for purchasing groceries on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays and gasoline on Saturdays and Sundays what must be credited into my bank account AUTOMATICALLY before 10th date on the next month.
