Bank of Abyssinia was one of my favorite back for Mr than 12 years I have been and of course I'm now but what I see recently with z App's is very annoying, it keeps crashing, it logged out when tapping to view Balance, unable to make any transactions it keeps popping up transaction failed 🤔 Even z Apollo App is worst that it keep crashing for quit some months. I even went to Branch asking to fix unfortunately not a le to fix it still unable to access my account via Mobile Banking 😑. Fix it!

Extremely very dissatisfied and the bank had disabled my mobile banking for three weeks and unfortunately I had new phone without my permission and without a mobile banking they shut my old mobile banking phone and transfer all information to my new mobile banking phone, for some reason I went there and I wrote a complaint in their website they criminals and lawless they should punish according to the country law.
