Thank you for updating this! Great resource to practice psychological flexibility skills. Perhaps more tweaks needed, or perhaps I haven't found how to use the app effectively : Notifications pop up on my phone and I can read the first few words. I think it used to have an arrow to press which showed the whole notification (if I press on it, it just takes me to the app homepage) I completed one section of a values exercise and saved it. I found I couldn't edit it later but just had to start anew

Truly loved this app, used it daily but after the latest android update, it keeps crashing a few seconds after opening. After I paid for 'lifetime' acces :(Please fix this, I want to continue using it! It was super helpful!
