Could be a five-star app easily First, Overall the app has a great interface and really good information. (1) Needs adjustable Font Sizes. (2) Please rerecord the audio with a better mic so there are no popping of p's in the mic it is painful to hear and the volume goes Extremely Loud as some points and defeats the purpose of using this for meditation. (3) Update the app, so you can play the audio with the screen off. (4) Backup and Restore.

Very good app. Informative and practical. Could be a 5*, only problem is that audio guided mindfulness stops when my phone goes on stand by. So i nee to keep moving my finger on the phone during mindfulness practice to avoid standby. Non-sure if it happens with all phones, it does with my Samsung Galaxy. Fix it and it will be a 5*. Still good though

I would recommend everyone to use Act I coach instead. As a Non american and non-veteran stumbling on this outrageously awful app. I looked at the name. Seeing it's for American veterans. And I can only come to one logical conclusion. America doesn't care about its veterans whatsoever. Any person joining the US military is an idiot. Really an idiot. Just like the army guys who currently think they are patriots supporting putin

This app has all the basic elements of ACT but the guided audio exercises are delivered in an abrupt tone of voice and come across as commands or orders which can be a bit unsettling to follow along with. Clearly not recorded by someone who is experienced at leading mindfulness exercises.
