VA: Health and Benefits

★★★★★ I constantly hear about how horrible the VA is. I'm very sorry for the people who feel that way. I have had nothing but awesome interactions with the VA almost every single time. They have helped me with it, getting my disability rating and medical help. They helped me get into an apartment, and every time, it has been quick and fairly easy. Recently, I had to stop at a VA hospital while I was on vacation to pick up medication that I left at home. Everybody was very compassionate. 😊

★★★★★ My Bay Pines VA Hospital experience has been amazing. They are very busy and missing an appointment can set you back sometimes a month plus. But the Healthcare is great. Access to your records online is another huge benefit.

★★☆☆☆ Terrible app. It's basically a more terrible version of the MyHealtheVet App. I have biometrics enabled for sign in, but when I use my fingerprint it still takes me to the sign-in page. When I type my password... it then asks to send a confirmation text with a code to the phone I just used to log in with my fingerprint. It doesn't list my appointments or health info, so I always have to ultimately log through a web browser. The most useless app on my phone.

★★☆☆☆ It stole my entire history. This app is for the birds! Where's my access to the Blue Button? I can't get my blood results or any x-ray history. Bring back the original app. If it wasn't broken, don't fix it.

★★☆☆☆ I cannot believe how complicated and wasteful va has been by using and spending millions on applications and changing programs that are useless to the veteran. Everytime you change a program is costing and taking money from veterans that could benefit, and instead they get railroaded by using junk programs that u will need a tech degree to navigate through. A veteran should not have to suffer to just order a medication or able to look up information. The only thing they have to do is name-last name
