I absolutely love having the ability to "meet" with health-care providers without travel being a factor. Having mental health issues that present as debilitating anxiety and physiological depression, this format for correspondence makes self-sabotage much less likely to occur. Video Connect has been a major contributing factor in my quest to better myself mentally and emotionally.

I cannot participate in online groups as the instructor always mutes me. I'm told there is an echo on my line. I've tried four different devices. Eventually one will work if I log out and keep trying others. It doesn't make any sense because the device that works varies from week to week. I have yet to have the same device work without an echo on two consecutive weeks. I've tried an android phone, an iPhone, a laptop, and a tablet. Figure that one out???

I hate video appointments! There is always a problem. While trying to connect with my doctor for the first time, I was directed to install a particular app. After doing so, a message popped up, saying that I had just "Purchased" it! Why should I be charged to install an app from the government? I only entered the link that was texted to me. Now how in the world do I get out of this, and how should I proceed to do Video Appointments?
