It has worked. But my clinic has the app with name of clinic on it. But am unable to find it to download. The clinic sent me connection but have listed it. But it still works fine except when entering waiting room and my internet goes out

I am not able to hear the staff or doctor during teleconference. I've only had one successful teleconference after changing a setting on my phone, but the change did not carry over to the next call, and I was not able to recall what change I had made on my phone to enable sound from the doctor's office. Very frustrating.

Horrible app!! The microphone has never worked & the video would only stay on for a couple of seconds!! A very nice See representative spent at least 2 hours trying to get this app to work! We both thought it was finally working. But after doing a test try, we were right back to square one. My tel appointment with my doctor was in an hour & it never worked!! I never heard back from See & now I'm stuck back with driving over an hour to see certain doctors. (I live a far distance away)

Halfway through an appointment (in the browser) my session was closed, and I was told I needed to download the app since the browser I was using "was not compatible". I did download it, but only because I was forced to. People's healthcare should NEVER be limited by forcing them to install an app. This is immoral. I missed valuable time with my provider dealing with losing the session halfway through. What if someone doesn't have a smartphone? I'm giving it two stars because at least it works.
