IF YOU HAVE METRO MEDICAL CHARTS THEY ARE NOT MERGED WITH UH OR CLEVELAND CLINIC U NEED TO MAKE SURE ALL YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS ARE IN ONE PLACE! IVE HAD A LAPSE IN CARE AFTER A SURGERY ON MY BRAIN AND EAR BECAUSE I DID NOT KNOW THESE WERE NOT MERGED TO ENSURE THE BEST CARE FOR PATIENTS.

Do not much care for this app all it is for is us to do your work orders for a blood test download and print don't know anything about downloading do not own a printer I'm not going to buy a printer appointments check in before you arrive do not have internet service after I leave the house all that is for is so when I get to the doctor's office that people behind the window don't have to do their job wondering if I do all this does I get a paycheck

When trying to schedule an appointment on my chart, it will only show me a page that tells me to schedule an appointment on my chart. Don't you think it would be better instead to allow me to schedule an appointment?

This app is garbage and the people who thought this app would improve patient care should be unemployed. Further update this app could work better but is generally being operated by a "health system" that thinks this app is a substitute for actual in person patient care.

Some messages would not go through. Not sure how to erase old news and messages. The site says messages are not confidential so how does one discuss personnel medical information without it being public.
