Streamlines ALL my healthcare administrative details. Saves me a tremendous amount of time via messaging my medical team instead of calling. Provides a history of all visits, meds, test results, and adds appointments to my calendar (no mistakes). Even if I'm seeing a medical professional not in the UH network, I rely on My Chart to provide accurate historical dates and medication.

When trying to schedule an appointment on my chart, it will only show me a page that tells me to schedule an appointment on my chart. Don't you think it would be better instead to allow me to schedule an appointment?

IF YOU HAVE METRO MEDICAL CHARTS THEY ARE NOT MERGED WITH UH OR CLEVELAND CLINIC U NEED TO MAKE SURE ALL YOUR MEDICAL RECORDS ARE IN ONE PLACE! IVE HAD A LAPSE IN CARE AFTER A SURGERY ON MY BRAIN AND EAR BECAUSE I DID NOT KNOW THESE WERE NOT MERGED TO ENSURE THE BEST CARE FOR PATIENTS.

Good for sharing info between doctors, but only if they are in the same system. Administrative pain for patients. Forces locking into a hospital system.

This app is almost a complete waste of time. It rarely works; it just sits there frozen most of the time. The app sends me a questionnaire and then won't let me complete the questionnaire. Maybe their server is down or their IT people are doing maintenance or some other stupid, nonsensical reason, which is never explained.

Some messages would not go through. Not sure how to erase old news and messages. The site says messages are not confidential so how does one discuss personnel medical information without it being public.
