This chart has done and continues to help me in so many different ways. I'm able to message my doctors, receive return messages from doctors, have and check any appointments that I may have scheduled or need to schedule, check all of my lab results, etc. And so very much more. It can be used as your medical records on site without having to go to the actual medical records department in person or having to wait to reach out to actual doctors and getting stressed for waiting

I used to be able to make appointments, etc. with my cardiologist. Now my cardiologist doesn't even show as a provider anymore, and I have to waste time trying to make appointments and other things over the phone. Has gone from something easy using the app to waiting an hour or more on the phone.

The app no longer works in Texas because it does not properly recognize Google Play age verification.

This has worked fine for years. Then today I got the below message. I have deleted the app, reinstalled, cleared the cash and data for Google Play, rebooted my phone. Nothing works. Here is the message I get: account verification required your account needs verification due to regional requirements. Visit the Google Play Store to verify your account before continuing

Does not work after adding account verification. I try to log in but as soon as I launch the app I get an error indicating that my account needs verification in Google Play Store, but it does not say what to verify. I checked my account, and it says all is validated. I reached out to this app help, and basically they told me they don't know how this verification is done and that if I can not pass that error not to use the app. It is behind my comprehension they do not know what needs to be verified
