This is the simplest most straightforward health app I have. It's easy to find information and see your test results in a timely manner. A little more difficult to email your doctor but doable.

App no longer works. It redirects to the website & after logging in asks if you'd like to launch the app but no matter how many times you tell it yes it won't. It's absolutely useless at this point.

Sucks beyond belief. I have filled everything out and still have to fill it all out again at the doctor's office. My suggestion to the doctor would be get rid of it, so he doesn't have to pay for it. It doesn't work anyway.

If your email address change due your phone quite working, and you get a new phone and loss all your old email address, this app make it almost impossible to updated all your profile, and it gets a loop like a merry-go-round in circles. I have a total 18 hours trying to update all the fields that this app won't be to u p dated.
