This has worked fine for years. Then today I got the below message. I have deleted the app, reinstalled, cleared the cash and data for Google Play, rebooted my phone. Nothing works. Here is the message I get: account verification required your account needs verification due to regional requirements. Visit the Google Play Store to verify your account before continuing

I used to be able to make appointments, etc. with my cardiologist. Now my cardiologist doesn't even show as a provider anymore, and I have to waste time trying to make appointments and other things over the phone. Has gone from something easy using the app to waiting an hour or more on the phone.

Does not work after adding account verification. I try to log in but as soon as I launch the app I get an error indicating that my account needs verification in Google Play Store, but it does not say what to verify. I checked my account, and it says all is validated. I reached out to this app help, and basically they told me they don't know how this verification is done and that if I can not pass that error not to use the app. It is behind my comprehension they do not know what needs to be verified
