We're not except the password on the initial login,

Not only is the app a joke because you can't actually schedule the appointments that you need on top of that the doctors that use the app for the company that uses the app never actually solves the issues that you need don't use this app.

Constant struggle being allowed access to my account. I have had to reset my password many times over and over again to view messages that I needed to view. Very, very frustrating!!!!

It's confusing. Where did the E-check in go, and where do I find my upcoming apts?? Don't update something that works already. I don't like This New version at all.
