You must have a MyChart account to access MyChart features. You can create a MyChart account in the OhioHealth app. Your doctor may have provided you with an activation code during your last outpatient office visit; however, a code is not required to create an account.
Please note: MyChart features are currently available for patients of OhioHealth facilities in the greater Columbus area, including Delaware and Marion.

I was looking for a primary care doctor for years, and I didn't realize that this Ohio Health app through my chart is able to do a global search for appointments for new patients, and I searched on Friday and scheduled an appointment that same day to take place that Monday definite five stars

I did not want to give 1 star! I did NOT WANT to activate an Ohio Health CHART for myself, to accept family member share their CHART. Ohio Health is terrible. I went to the ER with VERY high Blood pressures for MYSELF, they diag me w a TENSION HEADACHE, asked me ARE YOU TAKING BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICATION? If I was taking BLOOD PRESSURE MEDICATION IT WOULD BE LISTED ON MY CHART!!!!! I was there FOR CHEST PAIN AND HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE! THEN had the audacity to charge me for something they didn't do!

April 2026 I had to go to ER in Athens. At Dr Patel s request. Once I was a patient. My experience was pure hell. Doctor the in ER plus the nurses were so rude I spent a total of 29 hours without eating even though Dr Patel put in a food order for me to eat. I wasn't there because of a heart attack I was there because of results of stress. They used the excuse that I was being transferred to have evaluation to see if I need stints. The rules were I couldn't eat after 12 midnight. It was 4 pm.

I used to be able to send a message to my doctor without any problems, but I tried to send a message to my doctor, and he's not even on the list, not even his nurse practitioner. There are 2 doctors on my list that I have can send a message to and one is a lung specialist who I haven't seen since November 2024, and the other one is a joint specialist and the last time I saw him was December 2023. This is so sad 😞 What type of health care do you claim to be. Definitely not mine.
