The app is great, the riverside medical group is an outright scam. Overpriced and can't get prices or anything before procedures ate done, so you get stuck with inflated and scandalous bills that hurt more than the underlying reason for going to the Dr.

I hate being reminded over and over and over about appointments and then having to e check in then having to confirm appointments. I do not need to spend ALL my free time on my chart!

Cannot contact My Doctor or message properly messenger fouls up texting will not copy what you write awful sending confusing messages. Basically your app is a tool to ignore Patients. Can't even Talk to clinic told Wilmington doesn't even have nurse on duty or Doctors.?? Is Riverside Hospital Failing!!?.

That doctor didn't even do as I ask for X-ray like Riverside but since this health care reform stuff everything down the drain you can't just let go a child with impose problems my son wasn't treated right red n white blood cell low no nothing
