Poor. Difficult to choose the date for my appointments. Received multiple confirmation alerts to schedule and cancel appointments before I actually scheduled anything. Difficult to email providers.

It keeps becoming unusable and I have to wait til the next day to use it. The offices (while I know a separate issue) keep saying to just 'do this' on the app, but it doesn't work the app keeps giving me an error screen.

Repetitive user and user unfriendly. Information that should be input by the appropriate medical provider. Confusing and ridiculous info that is rarely updated. The software engineers need to rethink thier programming.

Requesting refills takes multiple days. Every. Single. Time...before this app you could call and the refill would get sent before the end of the day... absolutely ridiculous. People NEED their medications. Why is this such an apparently difficult task? You're taking the humanity out of medical care, and that's horrible.
