★★☆☆☆ My balance has been wrong for the last 4 months. I have emails and called for my chart to be corrected. They tell me I have no balance due but have still not corrected the my chart balance. Consequently, every time I have an appointment or test they ask me to pay off my account. I am so frustrated with this I went to the hospital directly and found out there is no payment/finance department at the facility at all. Just call and leave a message just like I have been doing for months. Zero cust. Ser.
