The app itself is fine. The reason I'm giving it 2 is that you have to get a code to verify your identity every single time you open the app. Even if you choose to trust the device. It's super annoying and a terrible design flaw.

The app is fine, but it makes you log in with biometrics and yet it still needs to send a code to your phone for a second step. I would think a health care organization would understand the biometrics are mine only. It's just an unnecessary step. Also, even though I insure my whole family the app only lets me see my bills. Frustrating!

What is the point of me declaring a device as trustworthy, if every time I use this app, it asks me again to trust that device. Please fix this so that when I put a device is trusted, it does not ask me to send a text message or email to verify that this is a trusted device. I thought using biometrics would help with this, but it has not.
