My PCP responda very quickly through Messages & beats trying to track them down via phone.

St lukes as far as care is great. The app has some VERY dumb features. For example, why the heck am I using biometric login and telling it to remember my device if you're just going to send me a code each time. It's wildly annoying and certainly doesn't add to security. If someone my phone and can get past the biometric, by having my phone they'll get the code as well. It's pointless and tedious. The interface isn't the greatest either

The app itself is fine. The reason I'm giving it 2 is that you have to get a code to verify your identity every single time you open the app. Even if you choose to trust the device. It's super annoying and a terrible design flaw.

The app is fine, but it makes you log in with biometrics and yet it still needs to send a code to your phone for a second step. I would think a health care organization would understand the biometrics are mine only. It's just an unnecessary step. Also, even though I insure my whole family the app only lets me see my bills. Frustrating!

Billing . A bill submitted through app showing an amount owed, no explanation. If you click itemized bill, nothing shows. No information on how to get itemized bill or how to contact billing for an explanation.

Ever since you changed the chart app, it has been hell to deal with!! It's always something with it!! As the old saying goes, (why fix something that ain't broke!)
