Unable to connect my account with other providers using epic. It fails every time for every provider. Scheduling is so so so slow, why does it take a minute to load the schedule? Too many questions are asked during check-in it's so annoying

Functional, but barely. Trying to use Premise's "integration" with Med Bridge (a Physical Therapy app) just broke the Med Bridge app, forcing me to lose my existing PT programs. Overall, This is a thinly wrapped My Chart app with all the Epic pain (pun intended) that comes with that. Compared to truly modern apps, like One Medical, this is a painful mess.

I just updated this app as required to log in a few minutes ago and it is so messed up. It scheduled an appointment for me that I didn't request. I start to read a message then it disappears, and can no longer access it. Screens go blank. Screens cycle through. Whatever you did you messed up the app. Take it back the way it was before this most recent update! IT IS UNUSABLE AS IS!!

The app used to be able to add appointments to my calendar with the times. Now the appointments are "all day" appointments with the times in the description. This makes it harder to actually plan for my appointments as I no longer see them in context.
